(Simplified Voting) Easy to use:
The only Member required to Log In to the website
is the Member who will be designing the Vote.
Owners receive an email notifying them of the vote or meeting.
The email contains a link to the ballot, with all necessary login credentials and a unique Pin number valid only for that Owner and that vote.
Click on the Link to vote.
Members may vote more than once, only the last vote will be counted.
Email confirmations are sent to each voter and a copy to the Secretary of the association.
(Simplified Ballot Creation) No Programming required:
Upload documents relating to items for a vote.
Supports secret ballots when required by State Statute.
After Log In, use this website to Vote or View the progress of the Vote.
If you are the Election manager, use this website to design the Meeting/Vote.
